Certificate of PCR Testing for COVID-19
Certificates of PCR testing for COVID-19 are available for traveling abroad, for business etc.

1. PCR test + certificate
(next day determination) ¥20000 + tax = ¥22000
(same day determination) ¥30000 + tax = ¥33000
2. PCR test + notification only
¥15000 + tax = ¥16500

Only for cases without symptoms which suggest possibility of COVID-19 infection.
Please make a call first to make an appointment for either in-person or on-line consultations and testing.
In-person: consultation and testing at our clinic.
On-line: We will send a testing kit to your home in advance (or, someone on your behalf can come to our clinic and pick it). Consultation and testing will be on-line.

ON-LINE CONSULTATION
Not only in-person, On-Line Consultation is also available on internet for your appointment, consultation and payment. Please note that On-Line Consultation is only for patients who have already visited our clinic and seen our doctor in person.
Currently, we have two types of consultation frames:

1. “On-line consultation”
For patients who have chronic symptoms: for example, patients with sleep apnea using CPAP etc.
2. “For patients with fever”
For patients who have fever and other acute symptoms. Please call us beforehand, and our doctor will discuss whether your condition is appropriate for this frame or not.

Influenza vaccinations will begin on October 1. Please make an appointment if you would like one. However, from October 1 to 25, priority will be given to those 65 years of age and older.
We use a safer vaccine that does not contain thimerosal (mercury) and can be administered also to pregnant women. (Those under 3 years of age will be given the thimerosal-containing vaccine.
